The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam (English, Spanish, and Chinese) is available on a scheduled basis only. Testing Hours are 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 1:30 pm from Monday to Wednesday and the second Saturday of every month (with the exception of National Holidays). There is a 2-hour time limit to complete the 90 question Exam.
The price is $109 and includes proctoring of the “In-Person” Certification Exam in the ORS Testing Center. Results (score of 70% or higher required to pass the Exam) are generated immediately upon completion of the Exam. ServSafe® e-Certification for everyone who passes the ServSafe® Exam is available later the same day via the ServSafe website (send to yourself or anyone in an email or print as a PDF on any printer). The Northern Virginia Food Manager Photo ID Certificate / Card is included FREE ($40 value) for those who pass the Exam.

The ServSafe Exam is offered via computer in English, Spanish, and Chinese, with immediate test results available. Paper ServSafe Exams (with test results available in 2-3 weeks) are available from ORS Interactive upon special request in English, Spanish/English, Korean/English, Chinese/English, French Canadian/English, Japanese/English, and Large Print.
