Joe Weeks is the Director of Operations, and has served as a Food Safety Instructor for ORS Interactive, Inc. and the North Virginia Certified Food Manager (NVCFM) Certification Program since 2008. He has many years of experience working in the restaurant and foodservice industry, as well as with general education, pedagogy, curriculum development and instructional techniques.

He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic and State University, in Blacksburg, VA.
